DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!.. I had pre paid through a company in the UK and was promised a specific vehicle which I didn’t get. I was messed about when coming to collect the car at the airport. I was made to sign an agreement and had to return the car every 28 days for maintenance supposedly. This made sense at the time but as i knew I would be returning with the same vehicle they argued with me the car should be on an empty gas tank so the can enforce a $9 dollar per gallon charge on me which i didn’t need as i was capable of refuelling myself(again another attempt to confuse me). Yes the insurance plus extra charges were added without my consent but i will see Dollar fight this with my credit card company which i advise anyone else to do. One more small point, try call their incompetent staff on the phone and if you have a problem which is slightly complex in nature watch your phone call mysteriously disconnect. These are car rental cowboys on a grand scale and yes they appear cheaper initially but trust me you are sure to have a headache with these clowns!
