Comment on CONSUMERS ALLEGE DOLLAR RENT A CAR AND THRIFTY CAR RENTAL TRICK RENTERS WITH INSURANCE SCAM by allison

I flew to Indianapolis from LA, I rented a car from the airport at Dollar Rental… the receipt I received reflected a total of approximately $400 / when I returned the car… the clerk said my total was approximately $700. She then printed out a receipt similar to mine… except her receipt showed more charges after the $400 line (where my receipt ends). My mother was at the airport to see me off and witnessed this whole event. I tried on several attempts to resolve this, to no avail.

I talked to a rep at the airport. Called corporate? office only to be referred back to the airport location. Got the runaround
