Comment on CONSUMERS ALLEGE HIDDEN OVERCHARGES by DOLLAR / RENT A CAR by joe

I booked a car with dollar via expedia for Cancun I called dollar to confirm that my credit card would cover the insurance. Dollar forced me to pay for the insurance the orginal agreement was $129 the charge to my card is $463. I have copies of all the papers that clearly show fraudulent and deceptive behavior. I have tried to reason with them, with no luck. Please call me I am sure this is happening to everyone renting in Cancun. It’s simple: If the insurance is required, it should be added to the price on Expedia, since it’s not it is deceptive advertising, and they deserve to be sued. Intersted? I have a great case.

Many phone calls, I sent them all the paper work, they wrote me back saying I misunderstood and sorry. I am sorry too but want this righted.
