I rented a car on 4-2-13 to 4-5-13 at through Thrifty rental at the omaha airport. The proce I was quoted was $29.00 a day. I opted out of the insurance as my insurance coverage covers me on rental cars. When I checked the car back in on Friday I noticed a insurance charge of $9.00 a day.

When I stop by the counter I was told I had to talk to a manager, and thee was no manager at this time. I have attempted to contact teh manager but can not catch”Molly” at her desk.
