Comment on CONSUMERS ALLEGE HIDDEN OVERCHARGES by DOLLAR / RENT A CAR by Sharon

I was charged for 5 days loss damage waiver when I declined it stating we have USAA auto insurance. I was charged for an additional driver after I was told there was no charge for a spouse as additional driver. I was charged for Apconrecfee which I have no idea what it is. Charged for gas but nowhere did it say how many gallons we were charged for.
