Pre paid for mid sized car for trip to Philadelphia through orbitz for 6 days Was given small car. Declined any extras like insurance and gas. Was told and expected a hold on some funds until car was returned. 2 days after I got home my card was charged $167 for insurance.

Amount of financial loss incurred: – $167.98
Describe your attempts, if any, to resolve your conflict with Dollar: – I contacted Orbitz but its the weekend and they can not get anyone at Dollar yet. I have been sending emails to Dollar customer service waiting for response.
