I made this car rental reservation through Spirit Airlines for rental car pickup on 2/15/2014. When I went to the counter at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport I repeated several times that I did not want the insurance, the lady at the counter told me to initial some documents declining it, which I did, I then signed an electronic device and upon arriving home from my trip I discover that I have been charged for this insurance $154.75 even though I declined it. There must be a video of this transaction.

I called Dollar and they offered to reimburse me 50% of the insurance, I will not accept 50% because that is stealing the other 50% from me. I’ll take this to the end of the world and back if I have to. I have all the time in the world to dedicate myself to this matter.
