It was my first time renting a car I got my reservation on line and went in the next day with all my conarration and discounts my total was to be 82.oo it somehow became 486.00. I was very unhappy and was assured that it was only a deposit fee and that it would be given back to me when I returned the car. After I got in my renatal I started looking at my recip and there was over 111.00 in fees that had none item listed as to what I was being charged for. So I went by in and asked once again why my fee was so much all I was rudely told was it was a temporary fee would be refundable when I took the car back.not feeling good about being told that I’d be refunded I called there corporate office for four days again was talked to very rudely and then told that there was nothing they could do it was a signed contract. When I explained that’s what I was told they didn’t care nor woul d they give first & last name or employee ID number or let you speak with management. So I decided I wasn’t going to keep the car as long as I had planned to. I returned the car and asked for the person in charge of refunds I was sent to another window to speak with someone. I went over my problem again this time being told that I had to have the car fully checked in before they could refund me so I did what they said and went back to the window I was given the information no one was there so I asked someone else where the man at that winow was she told me that he was at lunch & someone else would be out to help me again went over my story and was told they helped me had I not returned the car . I asked for the manager he was the rudest of them all. He was very cocky rude unprofessional and sarcastic. I’m at my watts end with this company. So far a for day rental has cost me over 1000.00. Now I’m getting billed for toll fee’s so far totaling 140.00 for a road I di dn’t use. Please help me get my money back from this horrible company. T
