They ripped me off in Orlando!! Whenever I rent a car through my American Express card, for $20.00 I get the optional CWD insurance for the length of the rental. I told them in NO UNCERTAIN TERMS that I already had three insurances and did not want their optional insurance.  The guy assured me he did not sign me up for it. Then he said initial here here and here. I got back from my trip and those CROOKS charged me $95 for CWD–FOR 3 DAYS!!
I complained to American Express, I complained to Dollar and they would not take off charge even after I showed them receipt from other insurance.
And $30 + dollars a day is ridiculous!!
They said I had initialed it and was out of luck. Plus he tried to charge me another $90 to driop it off at the airport instead of International Drive!!
Their van driver took me there instead of the airport!
I will never rent from DOLLAR again. And I am telling all my friends and neighbors and co-workers what theives they are!!!
