Terrible. It appears they in the business of selling insurance than renting cars. I do not agree to the additional Insurance charges, reasons being, 1. They where not explained to me at the counter and would not have not agreed to them. For example, I already have international medical cover, why would I want more. 2. The impression given by the counter agent, was that this was merely a receipt of what was paid for already via the 3rd party booking company 3. The manner in which the signature was solicited, was done when the hold on the credit card was done. I was therefore given the impression I am signing my credit card slip. 4. My understanding of the law is that, I should select the options I want, and it should not be already ticked for me to deselect it. 5. You mention that training may have been an issue. But that is not my issue. Why must I bear the cost of your staff lack of training.
