I rented a car through cheap tickets with dollar car rental. I went to the counter at ft Myers Florida. I sign ed paperwork as the employee

- I have called my credit card co, delta, and dollar. I do have another number to dollar customer service but thought I would check out the website and see if others had this problem. I see dollar rental is not new to this happening to other people. I would like this charge credited to my credit card. I thought the man at the check in counter that my credit card takes care of any insurance issues , damages, etc, . I did not want any additional charges. I also asked the checkout man what this amount was on my receipt and he said it was a deposit so I would bring back the car, and it would be credited to me. I trusted the gentlemen and went on with my day. I get home and see an additional chg on my credit card, not happy,,,,, please reply via email . Thank u nancy
