Hello my name is Salvador from Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico. On May 9, 2014 I rented a car for 10 days in Los Angenles CA at Dollar company. I made the reservation online in Mexico a couple days before the trip with a travel agency. It suppose that the reservation included all the charges even the insurance. My English is not so good as you can see. So I asked for someone who speak Spanish but no one was available, that was the first complication. The counter agent did not explain what was he doing. I give him the reservation I had but It looks like he did a new one. He ask me to sign on the electronic tablet and that’s it. When I get back to Mexico my surprise was that now I have to pay the double on my credit card. I sent an email to the Dollar customer service mailbox. I also filled the form they have on their web page. But there is no response. Here in Mexico, the agency where I made the reservation said they do not have any responsibility as all the charges was made by Dollar. I hope you can help me to recovered that money. For me it was a very bad experience and I will never rent a car with this company again
