Rented a car with thrifty.was supposed to be 22dollars a day. I was told if i didnt bring it in the day just bring it in next morning. If not i would be charged the Weekly rental fee,which i assumed would be cheaper.i declined insurance and was told they would charge my card only the $125l fee and id pay cash for extra days. I was told to call. I called severaltimes and was put on hold or call was dropped .i was currently out of state and didnt have time to keep calling only to be told to hold.please or disconected. When i did reach them.they said i needed to pay in person and return the car. I asked to extend til after weekend and they agreed. When.i went to drop off car at counter the man was very rude and had his shirt unticked and said i owed 100dollars but he couldnt take the payment at that time and gave me a managers number to call and said shed call me back,maybe mot today bit she would. Later i found out they deducte d over $900 dollars from my account and kist got amother bill for a toll for 95.00 90.00 of it was fees from them and 5dollars for actuall tolls. My nill should jave only totalled 350-400 the most.
