Comment on CONSUMERS ALLEGE HIDDEN OVERCHARGES by DOLLAR / RENT A CAR by stave

Salesman left out many charges. First he said “No you don’t need a coupon for an upgrade-I’ll give you the corporate rate of $115.00 and $39.40 for Insurance the 5 day pre arranged rental was for a Dodge Mini van up grad to a Full size. Never once did that salesman say…that is per day. We asked for a total price, he said no problem well do that when you bring it back. OK, $403 plus $115 and $39.00 around $600.00 for the five days, also charged us for a e-pass which he said was included with the vehicle, other charges and triple taxes…$1,403.20 One thousand dollars over the original price.

Called Lynn at Denver office…Nothing except…I don’t know, I wasn’t there. He should of told you of the proper charge. I can’t do anything about that.
