These people are so heartless. Another single mother trainee and I worked 40 hours last week. Burns enterprises ( Scentura) promised that the training program yields between 200-400 dollars weekly. This is a complete lie. They told us that we needed to go out and learn how sales go so that we know how to manage. Jamie Burns (owner) on the first day asked that we go home and make sales. He promised 500 dollars to the top seller. I made one sale the other lady didn’t make any. Obviously I was the top seller. Jamie never spoke of it again. When I finally asked, he said nobody won because we did not reach the company goal. Total bs he never said there were any stipulations. At the end of the week I had been in the heat from 10am to 6pm everyday and received no compensation. Please shut these heartless bastards down. The only other employee has been with the company for 3 years and is still earning fake badges. She still is not a manager. They only use her to make sure potential victims do not converse and to stand outside of corner stores.
