On November 1 2013 my girlfriend and I went on a week trip to Orlando Florida. The desk agent verbally asked us for additional services which we declined. The agent then asks us to confirm and sign my signature on their rental screen. When I returned home, I see a credit card charge if $256.62. I immediately called Dollar to ask what this charge was and the rep says its for loss damage waiver. I told her I never agreed to this and she said I signed the contract and there was nothing they can do. I spoke to my credit card company and they disputed my charge but Dollar sent them my signature and I was charged back. From reading travel sites such as yelp and travel advisor I am not the only one who got scammed.
